Meatloaf
Tri blend meatloaf (beef, pork & veal)

Meatloaf Ingredients
1 lb ground beef 85% lean
1/2 lb ground pork sausage
1/2 lb ground veal
1 med onion, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 cup chopped mushrooms
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 large eggs
1/4 cup beef stock
3/4 cup Italian bread crumbs
1/2 cup toasted honey wheat bread
3 slices Muenster cheese
1 1/2 tbsp Dirty S.P.G.
Meatloaf Sauce
2 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp chili sauce
1 tbsp mustard
2 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp of horseradish sauce
2 tsp balsamic vinegar
Instructions
In a large bowl, add all of the ingredients for the meatloaf. Mix well to combine.
Allow sautéed onions, peppers and mushrooms to cool before adding
Do not over mix.
Add meat to the loaf pan, gently press meat down and shape evenly and bake meatloaf at 375˚F for 40 minutes.
In a small bowl, mix all of the ingredients together for the sauce. Spread the sauce over meatloaf then return to oven and bake additional 15-20 minutes or until the internal temperature is 160˚F.
Rest meatloaf 10 minutes before slicing.
