Ingredients

Baby Back Ribs (2.5lb & down)

  • Pitmaster Cheez Dirty S.P.G.

  • Pitmaster Cheez All Purpose BBQ Rub

  • Pitmaster Cheez Hot Lemon Pepper Garlic

  • Yellow Mustard

  • Brown Sugar

  • Parkay Margarine



  • BBQ Sauce

Instructions

Prepare smoker for indirect cooking at 275 degrees.

Remove the membrane and trim excess fat from each rack of ribs. Season with a light layer of Dirty S.P.G.; let sweat in for 30 mins; Apply thin coat of mustard to the back of the ribs; season with even layer of All Purpose BBQ rub; flip ribs repeat and let sweat in for 30 minutes.

Place the ribs on the smoker and smoke for 2 hours spritz with apple juice and vinegar every 45-60 mins. Wrap each slab individually in aluminum foil. In the foil layer 1/4 cup Brown Sugar, Parkay Margarine, bbq sauce. Place the ribs meat down in the mixture and add a little spritz and wrap.

Return the Ribs to the smoker bone side down and continue cooking until internal temperature reaches 200 degrees. Check the ribs after 1 hour in the wrap and every 15 minutes until desired tenderness.

Unwrap the foil and dust with Hot Lemon Pepper Garlic, glaze with bbq sauce return to smoker for 20 mins to set the sauce.
