A 24-year Navy Veteran whose passion for cooking was sparked at an early age by his grandmother and cultivated through his parents.

After competing in his first KCBS sponsored backyard competition and not finishing last; well, he was hooked. He carries those same skills sets he perfected in operations and tactics to his brand and catering company, with hospitality and management operations at the forefront. Now a professional business consultant, chef and pit master, with nearly 10 years of competitive experience and food truck operations, he specializes in Southern and Creole Cuisine with a concentration in smoked meats. Charismatic, energetic, he is a people person and results oriented in the kitchen be it outdoor or indoor. He’s been featured on the Hampton Roads Morning Show (a regional broadcast news and feature program), several local and regional festivals. In addition, his BBQ has been lauded as the Best and a must have at any function. As evident by his selection as Best of Winner 2017, 2018 & 2019 by Coastal Virgina Magazine and his current ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating across all platforms. While most of his accolades are by way of the smoke he’s an all around natural in the kitchen.
